Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a subscription, a pre-order, a pre-sale, a pre-paid subscription, a gift subscription, or try-before-you-buy. This policy explains how you can modify or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription plan, duration, and frequency you select.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be charged for each recurring delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration. If you do not want your subscription to renew, you may cancel it at any time.
  • You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails include direct links to your subscription portal.

Pre-Orders, Pre-Sales & Pre-Paid Subscriptions

From time to time, we may offer products or subscription plans on a pre-order, pre-sale, or pre-paid subscription basis. These options allow you to reserve products or subscription cycles in advance.

Payment for Pre-Orders and Pre-Sales

Depending on the promotion, pre-orders may:

  • require full payment at checkout,
  • require a partial deposit with the remaining amount charged prior to fulfillment, or
  • authorize your payment method and automatically charge it once the product is ready to ship.

Cancellation of Pre-Orders and Pre-Sales

You may cancel a pre-order or pre-sale purchase any time before it has been fulfilled.

Once a pre-order enters fulfillment or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may still request a return or refund if eligible under our Return & Refund Policy.

Pre-Paid Subscriptions

We may offer pre-paid subscription options, including:

  • 1, 2, or 3-month pre-paid plans
  • Pre-paid gift subscriptions

When you purchase a pre-paid subscription:

  • You are charged the full amount at checkout.
  • Your subscription will deliver according to the stated frequency (e.g., monthly shipments).
  • The pre-paid subscription period becomes non-refundable once the first shipment has been fulfilled, except in cases of damage, defect, or where otherwise required by law.

Gift Subscriptions

For gift subscriptions:

  • The purchaser pays upfront for the entire subscription period.
  • Shipments are delivered to the gift recipient.
  • Once the first shipment has been fulfilled, the gift subscription cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Gift subscriptions do not auto-renew unless specifically stated during checkout.

Try Before You Buy

Some products may be offered as “try before you buy.”

  • Your payment method will be authorized at checkout, but not charged immediately.
  • You will have a specified period to decide whether to keep the item.
  • If the item is not returned within the stated time frame, your payment method will be charged automatically for the full amount.
